Shipping Policy
Shipping Hours
Most orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days of ordering. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or most holidays.
Delays Due to Outside Circumstances
After the order has shipped, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances that occur once the product is out of our control. This includes but is not limited to severe weather, service interruptions, problems with the mail carrier service, etc. However, we strive to do our best to ensure your order will be delivered as soon as possible.
Wrong Address
Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change anything if you notice that an incorrect shipping address has been used. Whatever address you give to us, is where we will ship your order. We can change the location to where your order will be shipped, but only if this address change is given to us before we print the shipping label. The address we receive can be found in your shipping confirmation email that we will send to you once we ship your order. Shipping costs for replacement products are the customer's responsibility if the wrong address is given after their order has already been shipped.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Product(s)
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product(s) from us, you have 30 days (as per when you received your item) to report it to us. When reporting your product(s)’s problem, please email us at contact@puravidachicas.com. We ask that you provide the following details in your email:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the problem
- A picture of the incorrect, damaged, or defective item(s)
Once we have received your email with these details, we will then replace your item with an identical product (subject to availability) free of charge or refund you for the amount paid for the item(s), whichever is preferred.
If the incorrect, damaged, or defective product(s) you received applies to a return, we will incur the costs for shipping fees. However, this is only the case for products in which we are at fault. We will not pay for return-related shipping costs if you changed your mind about your order.
Our customers’ satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order to the best of our ability.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused
- In its original packaging
You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of your purchase, such as your order number.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We will only incur the costs for shipping fees in the case of product(s) for which we are at fault. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, and ensure you received the right items. If you did not receive the proper items, please email us at contact@puravidachicas.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have purchased. Once the return is accepted, we suggest making a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
