How To Use 
Apply the product directly onto your skin wherever you might have any aches and pains. After you spray, rub the product into your skin to make sure it is fully applied. Use as frequently as you like, we recommend 2-3 times a day.

Safety: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth. Do not use it internally. If irritation occurs, stop using the product immediately. Avoid cuts, scrapes, wounds, and freshly shaved areas when spraying the product. Safe for kids 2 months or older.
