Simply add 1/3-1/2 cups of product to your warm bath water. 4-6 uses per container are available, depending on your desired salinity and strength of the bath salt. Allow a few minutes for the product to dissolve and enjoy. Topical use only.

Magnesium Chloride, Epson Salt, Sweet Almond Oil, Essential Oils, Dried flowers and herbs.
