How To Use 

Wintergreen Magnesium Body Butter:
Apply product directly onto your skin wherever you might have any aches and pains. Rub in until fully absorbed. Use as frequently as you like, we recommend 2-3 times a day.

Soothing Foot Soak:
Add 2-3 tablespoons of product under warm running water and allow a few minutes to dissolve. Soak feet for 20-30 minutes.

Magnesium Oil Spray:
Apply product directly onto your skin wherever you might have any aches and pains. After you spray, rub the product into your skin to make sure it is fully applied. Use as frequently as you like, we recommend 2-3 times a day.

Energy Aromatherapy Roller:
Apply the product to your pulse points for optimal strength. We recommend your neck, wrists, temples, or bottoms of your feet.

Organic Peppermint Lip Balm:
Apply product directly to your lips as frequently as you like. Do not store lip balms in temperatures over 90 degrees.
