How To Use 

Magnesium Mist:
Apply the product directly onto your skin wherever you might have any aches and pains. After you spray, rub the product into your skin to make sure it is fully applied. Use as frequently as you like, we recommend 2-3 times a day.

Soothing Foot Soak:
Add 2-3 tablespoons of product under warm running water and allow a few minutes to dissolve. Soak feet for 20-30 minutes.

Drift Away Pillow Mist:
Spray product 4-5 inches away from surface and allow to dry for a few seconds before use. This product can be used as a pillow mist, room refresher, linen refresher, disinfectant, or as a yoga mat spray.
